RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please notify us in writing within 5 working days of receiving the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are not satisfied with the item.
In the event that the item you receive is defective or not what was ordered, you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange. For refunds, it will be processed in 3-5 business days.
When sending returned items to us, we advise you to use registered mail, as we are not responsible for the loss of returned items and this may cause us to be unable to process your refund or exchange. When considering any request for refund or exchange, we reserve the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.
In case you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason other than a defective or incorrect item, it can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase.
All shipping costs, including packaging, for the return of the item to be exchanged and the shipping of the replacement item are borne by the customer. Additionally, all items returned to Florence for exchange must be intact and in salable condition.
We do not accept cancellations, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
